- Vulnus provides automated attack simulation and security testing services for web applications, APIs, and AI/LLM systems.
- Services are delivered as described in the applicable Service Agreement and Rules of Engagement signed prior to engagement.
- We reserve the right to decline any engagement request at our discretion.
3. Use of Website
- You may use vulnus.io for lawful purposes only.
- You may not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure.
- We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on vulnus.io including text, design, logos, and reports is the intellectual property of Vulnus.
- Security reports delivered to clients are for the client's internal use only and may not be redistributed without written consent.
- You may not reproduce or distribute any content from vulnus.io without prior written permission.
5. Disclaimers
- Our website and services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- Security testing is performed on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities.
- A clean report does not mean a system is fully secure.
- We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our reports.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Vulnus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on vulnus.io with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
